患者

女

35岁

初诊日期:2012年12月15日。家属代诉:声音嘶哑2天

失音1天。病史:患者4天前

因感受风寒而患感冒

致使恶寒并周身不适

但并未服药治疗

却外出食用麻辣烫以图发汗散寒

不料食后当晚就咽喉部疼痛

并有憋胀堵闷感

刺激性咳嗽

声音嘶哑

次日晨起已经无法发声

但无发热及头痛。既往体健。平素做咨询工作

讲话较多。无烟酒嗜好。查体:经耳鼻喉科检查发现:咽腔充血
