摘要

通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)1996年1月至2012年10月全部医学期刊

对所获99篇文献进行分析

结果表明:在临床研究上

浮针疗法治疗痛证疗效确切

尤适用于肌肉及软组织病痛;在机制研究上

主要从传统理论及现代医学理论两方面阐释浮针治疗痛证的作用机理

虽然其治疗痛证的作用已得到较多临床研究证实

但对其机制的揭示却有限。今后的研究应着眼于作用机制的阐明

改进研究方法

选取更为客观合理的评价体系

从而进一步提高浮针疗法治疗痛证的有效性和科学性。
