摘要

目的:观察舌穴脑病治疗仪治疗自闭症患儿的有效性。方法:将84例患儿随机分为舌针组和常规训练组

每组42例。常规训练组进行行为训练和感觉统合训练

每日1次

每周6次;舌针组在常规训练组基础上采用舌穴脑病治疗仪治疗

刺激20min

每天3次

均治疗2个月。观察两组治疗前后儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)评分和临床疗效。结果:舌针组和常规训练组治疗后CARS总分较治疗前明显降低(42.39±6.86vs 32.15±5.12

P<0.001;44.58±6.76vs 39.72±7.11

P<0.05)

舌针组较常规训练组降低更明显(P<0.01);舌针组总有效率为90.5%(38/42)

优于常规训练组的66.7%(28/42

P<0.01)。结论:舌穴脑病治疗仪配合常规训练治疗自闭症患儿疗效明显优于单纯常规训练

是治疗自闭症的较佳方法。
