摘要

笔者采用刺络拔罐结合艾灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎78例

现报道如下。1一般资料78例患者均来自2010年1月至2012年10月我院疼痛科门诊

男19例

女59例;年龄38

5岁

平均(44±11)岁;病程365岁

平均(44±11)岁;病程3

7个月。临床表现为肘外侧疼痛

疼痛呈持续渐进性发展

活动时疼痛加重

休息时疼痛明显减轻;肘外侧压痛

以肱骨外上髁处压痛明显

前臂伸肌群紧张试验阳性

伸肌群抗阻试验阳性。
