摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线对气血亏虚型产妇产后宫缩痛的影响。方法:选取符合中医辨证气血亏虚型阴式分娩的初产妇110例为研究对象

随机分为穴位埋线组(55例)和常规护理组(55例)。穴位埋线组在产后6h内对产妇予以穴位埋线

穴取子宫、足三里、三阴交、脾俞、膈俞

并予常规产后护理。常规护理组仅予常规产后护理。比较两组产妇于埋线后24h、48h、72h、96h宫缩痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及宫缩痛停止时间。结果:穴位埋线组埋线后24h、48h、72h、96h宫缩痛VAS评分均较常规护理组明显降低(3.31±0.39vs 4.31±0.29

1.86±0.29vs2.66±0.25

0.89±0.21vs 1.59±0.24

0.35±0.10vs 0.69±0.13

均P<0.05);穴位埋线组宫缩痛停止时间为(72.06±6.83)h

常规护理组为(123.42±11.12)h

穴位埋线组宫缩痛停止时间明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:对产后初产妇6h内实施穴位埋线干预

能有效地防治产后宫缩痛。
