摘要

帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease

PD)又称震颤麻痹

是一种以黑质纹状体进行性变性为特点的中枢神经系统退行性疾病

主要表现为静止性震颤、肌肉强直、运动迟缓等

属于中医"颤证""痉证""肝风"等范畴。虽然手术及基因治疗发展迅速

药物治疗仍为目前帕金森病的主要治疗手段

但是药物治疗的终身性[1]及其不良反应和并发症[2]是其临床应用的巨大障碍。笔者临床应用"颅底七穴"针法治疗帕金森病

大大改善了患者的临床症状[3]

且此针法作为西药的替代疗法可帮助患者减停西药

现报道如下。
