摘要

患者

女

56岁

于2013年5月7日以"双眼视物模糊7天

双上肢麻木4天"就诊于我院门诊。7天前因感冒发烧后出现双眼眼眶周围疼痛

双眼视物略模糊

无视野缺损

无复视、视物闪光、亮点及变形

未行诊治

家中休养。4天前视物模糊加重

并出现双上肢麻木

遂就诊于某大型综合医院

查头CT示:未见明显异常;查颈椎MR示:C2

6椎间盘轻度膨出;眼科检查示:双眼眼压均为12mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)

验光视力双眼均为0.8。于入院前3天

转诊某大型眼科医院

查眼底示:
