摘要

随机对照试验(RCT)是循证医学原始资料的来源

高质量的临床随机对照试验均采用了盲法

在针灸临床随机对照试验中对受试者施盲的主要形式是假针灸。为提高针灸临床随机对照实验的质量

针对假针灸在临床研究中的必要性、目前假针灸的研究现况与存在问题

从可借鉴的新方式和新设计方法、假针灸实施过程中需考虑因素两方面提出建议。对试验过程中涉及的各主客观因素都要考虑

参考已有的国际标准尽量做到量化

并进行严格的质量监控。
