摘要

目的:探索治疗地震脑损伤认知功能障碍的中西医结合综合康复方案。方法:采用多中心随机对照研究方法

将合格受试者随机分为针刺康复组(38例)和康复组(35例)。针刺康复组给予针刺、高压氧、认知康复训练相结合的中西医结合综合康复方案治疗

康复组给予高压氧、认知康复训练方案治疗

评价其疗效及安全性。结果:①治疗2个月后两组患者智能状态、认知功能、日常生活能力等指标均得到显著改善(均P<0.01)。②在改善程度上

治疗2个月后针刺康复组的智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评分为(24.11±4.08)分

日常生活能力Barthel指数(BI)评分为(75.45±13.95)分

较康复组[(17.05±3.84)分、(66.06±12.75)分]改善更显著(均P<0.01);治疗结束后6个月随访

针刺康复组在认知功能、日常生活能力上的继续改善程度较康复组亦显著(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:以针刺、高压氧、认知康复训练相结合的中西医结合综合康复方案治疗地震脑损伤认知功能障碍安全有效

较单纯西医康复方案治疗更具疗效优势。
