摘要

目的:通过观察肩周炎患者针刺前后特定穴位表面肌电变化

探索针刺疗效的客观评价指标。方法:对26例肩周炎患者采用针刺肩髃、肩前、肩髎、臂臑穴

隔天1次

共治疗6次。用肌电仪对患者针刺前后及各穴行针5s时三角肌的肌电值进行采集

将数据统计、分析。结果:与治疗前三角肌表面肌电值比较

肩前穴第2、3、5次行针时、臂臑穴第2、3、6次行针时及肩髃穴6次行针时肌电值均有明显变化(均P<0.05)

肩髎穴6次行针时肌电值均无明显变化(均P>0.05)。6次针刺治疗前后三角肌表面肌电值差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺对于三角肌表面肌电值有一定影响

其中肩髃穴最为显著

肩前穴、臂臑穴次之

肩髎穴无明显影响。
