摘要

系统评价针灸治疗弱视的有效性和安全性。通过计算机检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方知识服务平台和中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)

收集2001年1月至2012年3月期间发表的关于针灸治疗弱视的临床随机对照试验(RCT)研究的文献资料

按照Cochrane Handbook 5.1.0标准对每个纳入试验进行偏倚风险和质量评估

使用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14个RCT研究

计2662例患者。Meta分析显示针灸治疗弱视与临床常用疗法总有效率比较

差异具有统计学意义[合并RR(随机效应模型)=1.16

95%可信区间(1.12

1.19)

Z=9.32

P<0.000 01]。说明针灸治疗弱视的总有效率明显优于临床常用疗法

表明其临床疗效值得肯定。
