摘要

笔者采用刺骨法结合放血治疗腰腿痛56例

现报道如下。1临床资料56例腰腿痛患者均来自2011年7月至2012年10月我院针灸科门诊

其中男26例

女30例;年龄最小40岁

最大69岁

平均(55±10)岁;病程最短1个月

最长3年

平均(7.9±6.2)个月;腰椎间盘突出症37例

腰椎骨质增生19例。主要临床表现为腰局部或腰骶部疼痛、压痛、活动受限

或腰臀部疼痛

或伴下肢疼痛等。2治疗方法取穴:水沟、腕顺一[1](后溪穴后分)、肾俞、风
