摘要

笔者采用雷火灸刺激中极、关元、三阴交穴治疗痔术后尿潴留60例

现报道如下。1一般资料选择本院肛肠科2012年5月至2013年5月混合痔术后尿潴留住院患者60例

其中男28例

女32例;年龄最小14岁

最大64岁。均符合《痔病》[1]尿潴留诊断标准

术后数小时未能排尿

膀胱膨隆

急胀感(术后6

h未自行排尿

查体膀胱区充盈明显

耻骨上方可触及圆形膨隆

叩诊呈浊音)。2治疗方法 60例均采用周围神经阻滞麻醉

麻醉剂为碳酸利多卡因、盐酸布比卡因、生理盐水按1︰4︰6比例配伍(即利多卡因1×5mL
