介绍名老中医吴旭教授针灸治疗急性上腹痛的临证经验和验案。吴旭教授治疗急性胆囊炎、肾结石、急性胃脘痛等急性上腹痛的针灸手法特色为"形为单手、实不离双、动如太极、力在针峰、导气为主"等

其主要手法术式为单手持针

中指代押手

以拇、示二指夹持为主

中指为辅等;其独特的急症针灸经验为"辨证论治、针灸结合、经验取穴、刺络放血"等。
