摘要

为优化中风后足内翻的针刺方案

查阅近20余年相关文献

从穴位、针刺方法、针刺时机等方面

分析影响针刺疗效的相关因素。发现选穴上应注意穴位与解剖的关系;依据中风后足内翻发生时机等特点

不同时期可选择不同的针刺方案;针灸与康复的联用可提高疗效;患者机能状态、选穴配伍、针刺手法(针刺方向角度深度、补泻手法、刺激量等)与疗效的关系非常复杂

目前研究结论的科学价值需进一步提升。认为针灸治疗中风后足内翻的针刺效应

与患者机能状态、穴位配伍、针刺手法等之间的关系值得进一步重点系统研究。在此基础上对穴位及针刺手法进行优化

注重联合康复疗法

可进一步提高疗效。
