摘要

采用医史文献学、传统与近代比较等研究方法考察西医东传后日本针灸学的发展及其在西医冲击下产生的主要演变。结果表明

明治至昭和年间

受西医影响日本针灸学主要在针灸著作吸纳西医学内容、开展实验手段研究针灸原理、针灸教学参照欧美院校教育模式等三方面进行了变革。针灸著作、教材的编著以及研究、教学手段上的变化引发了日本针灸学由传统向现代的过渡和转型。
