摘要

目的:评价针刺配合麦粒灸治疗颈椎病颈痛的近期疗效及远期疗效。方法:将颈椎病颈痛患者145例随机分为针灸组(49例)、针刺组(48例)和灸法组(48例)。3组取穴均为颈百劳、大椎、肩中俞、中渚。针刺组各穴均行针刺

留针20min;灸法组各穴均行麦粒灸

毎穴灸5壮;针灸组于针刺后行麦粒灸。毎3天治疗1次

各组受试者均在4周内完成10次治疗

随访3个月。采用Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)、麦-吉尔疼痛问卷(MPQ)评分作为疗效指标

评价各组的近期和远期疗效。结果:疗程结束时和随访3个月时

3组患者的NPQ评分、MPQ评分较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)

而针灸组的NPQ、MPQ评分低于针刺组和灸法组(NPQ:15.9±4.7vs 18.2±5.0

20.2±4.5;MPQ:3.3±2.4vs 4.7±2.5

5.3±2.5)

差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);针灸组、针刺组和灸法组治疗颈椎病颈痛均有较高的有效率

说明3组均具有较好的近期和远期疗效

其中以针灸组有效率最高。结论:针刺配合麦粒灸治疗颈椎病颈痛具有较好的近期疗效和远期疗效。
