摘要

患者

女

54岁

于2012年8月5日就诊。主诉:肛门疼痛2年

加重3个月。病史:2年前无明显诱因出现肛门疼痛

遂到当地医院肛肠科就诊

诊断为"混合痔"。予以混合痔外拨内套扎术治疗

术后疼痛未减轻。现疼痛加重

难以忍受

来我院肛肠科就诊。经诊查

排除肛周疾病的可能性

遂请我科会诊。刻下见:情绪低落

精神不振

痛苦面容

行动不便

肛门疼痛

疼痛连及直肠内部

呈持续性

严重影响生活质量。辅助检查:腰部肌肉紧张
