摘要

目的:评价俞募配穴埋线合四缝挑治治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的有效性。方法:将85例患者随机分为观察组(42例)与对照组(43例)。观察组采用俞募配穴埋线合四缝挑治治疗

埋线穴取中脘、关元、天枢、章门、京门、期门及肝俞、胃俞、脾俞、肾俞、大肠俞、小肠俞等穴

配合挑治四缝穴

每周1次。对照组采用口服二甲双胍0.5g

第1周每日1次

第2周开始每日2次

均治疗3个月后评定疗效。观察两组患者治疗前后症状体征积分、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2h胰岛素(2hINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的变化

并评定两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97.6%(41/42)

对照组为95.4%(41/43)

组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组症状体征积分均明显改善(均P<0.01)

且观察组优于对照组(7.01±4.23vs 8.47±2.82

P<0.05)。两组治疗后FINS、2hINS、HOMA-IR均较治疗前明显下降(均P<0.05);治疗后两组组间比较

FINS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

2hINS、HOMA-IR差异均有统计学意义[2hINS:(443.53±93.90)pmol/L vs(621.29±93.87)pmol/L;HOMA-IR:4.88±0.30vs 5.06±0.32

均P<0.05]

观察组对2hINS、HOMA-IR的改善优于对照组。结论:俞募配穴埋线合四缝挑治治疗痰湿型PCOS疗效肯定

可有效降低胰岛素抵抗

同时减轻了西药的不良反应。
