摘要

研究古代针灸治疗眩晕穴位的选取、配伍特点及经络运用规律。从先秦到清代涉及针灸治疗眩晕内容的文献中收集相关数据

建立数据库

采用频数统计和支持度对比法进行分析

找寻腧穴、经络运用规律;采用数据挖掘技术的关联规则

提炼出穴位的配伍方法。由此总结出治疗眩晕运用频次和支持度较高的腧穴依次是风池、上星、阳谷、解溪、足临泣、神庭等;采用的配穴方法多为局部配穴法、本经配穴法、上下配穴法、阳经与阳经配穴法、子母经配穴法;经络多选足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经和督脉。对比古今文献资料

发现古代取穴、选经、配穴方法与现代临床有相同点

但选穴用阳谷、解溪、飞扬

配穴用子母经配穴法为现代临床所少见

可为现代提供参考。
