摘要

目的:通过多中心、大样本的临床调查

探讨平衡针颈痛穴反应点的表现形式。方法:观察230例颈椎病患者的健侧与患侧平衡针颈痛穴

记录平衡针颈痛穴反应点部位自觉不适、皮肤颜色变化、皮肤本身变化、皮下组织形态变化、异常按压疼痛的评分

应用SPSS 15.0软件对记录的分值进行统计分析。结果:所观察的230例中

226例

出现率为98.3%。226例患者反应点症状体征总积分:健侧(1.08±1.09)分

患侧(0.84±1.36)分

差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);反应点症状部位自觉不适:健侧(0.76±0.83)分

患侧(0.40±0.80)分

差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);反应点部位皮肤变化:健侧(0.10±0.36)分

患侧(0.03±0.19)分

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);反应点部位异常按压疼痛:健侧(2.47±2.46)分

患侧(1.39±2.37)分

差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:患者健侧颈痛穴反应点症状体征总积分高于患侧

说明健侧颈痛穴的阳性反应对于颈椎病具有特异性。当患者一侧颈部患有颈椎病时

相应的健侧颈痛穴出现异常。
