摘要

紧张型头痛是由多种精神因素所致的持续性头部肌肉收缩性头痛

又称肌收缩性头痛、应激性头痛及心因性头痛。临床资料[1]显示

其发病率呈上升趋势

超过66%的人曾发生过紧张型头痛。太阳穴为经外奇穴

为治疗三叉神经痛、头痛、偏头痛等的常用穴。笔者采用斜刺太阳穴为主治疗43例慢性紧张型头痛

现报道如下。1临床资料全部43例均为2008年7月至2013年3月在我校第三附属医院针灸科门诊就诊患者
