摘要

以中医基础理论为指导

从临床症状的双向性特点

以及与症状相关的病因病机、腧穴和疗法等角度

探讨针灸理论中的双向性作用规律

认为在判断了几种疾病或几种证候包含双向性症状后

可将在狭义双向性理论中具有特殊治疗作用的腧穴作为主穴

再在广义双向性理论指导下选择合适的配穴及灵活多变的治疗方法

以期取得较佳的治疗效果。
