摘要

以理论分析推衍方式

探讨冬病夏治理论的内涵和实质所在。冬病夏治是中医"春夏养阳"理论之借势思想的具体体现与应用。冬病是在阳气不足的前提下

以阴寒之邪为主、多因素复合形成"伏邪宿根"

进而导致了经气脉络严重受阻的病机特征;而夏治则是以"起沉疴、复阳气、通脉络"为主要目的的"择时"治疗策略

以期获得事半功倍的效果。在冬病夏治中

尤需把握其实质

选择最适宜病证施治

而不宜盲目扩容延展。
