得气在针灸临床中始终受到高度重视

但得气与临床疗效间的关系尚未得到阐明。为进一步了解得气对临床疗效的影响特点

通过对新中国成立以来针刺得气文献的研读

认为得气与否、得气迟速、得气强弱、不同类型得气感及循经感传均能影响针刺临床疗效。建议开展多学科联合研究

系统全面地揭示得气对疗效影响的规律

为进一步开展得气的机制研究奠定临床基础。
