摘要

患者

女

13岁

于2013年10月21日就诊。主诉:嗅觉丧失9月余。病史:2012年冬滑雪摔跤后嗅觉突然丧失

求治于各种医学治疗方案9个月无任何改善

如西医的消炎、神经营养治疗

中医宣肺通鼻如苍耳子、薄荷等中药治疗(具体药物不详)。患者确定摔跤时无外伤

且颈部以上未接触地面。刻下症:除嗅觉丧失外

无其他不适症状

否认鼻塞、头昏、头痛、心慌、易感冒等;视觉、味觉、饮食、大小便均正常

舌尖红、苔薄黄

脉弦。迎香、合谷、列缺、孔最等穴位按压无明显感觉

唯有膻中压痛明显。治疗:穴取迎香、印堂、合谷、列缺、内庭、太冲、足临
