摘要

目的:比较头针联合耳穴贴压与体针、西药治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效差异。方法:将90例患者随机分为头针联合耳穴组(31例)、体针组(29例)和西药组(30例)。头针联合耳穴组采用头针额中线、顶中线、颞前线、颞后线

耳穴贴压脑干、肾、神门、枕穴

每天1次;体针组采用针刺百会、风池、足三里等穴

每天1次;西药组采用口服茴拉西坦片0.2g

每天2次

均14天为一疗程

共治疗3个疗程。采用简易智能量表(MMSE)评分及日常行为能力量表(ADL)评分评定3组患者治疗前后认知行为能力的变化

并比较3组间疗效差异。结果:体针组和西药组分别脱落1例。头针联合耳穴组总有效率为90.3%(28/31)

高于体针组的85.7%(24/28)及西药组的79.3%(23/29

均P<0.05)。3组治疗后MMSE评分、ADL评分均得到改善(均P<0.05)

且头针联合耳穴组较其他两组改善显著(MMSE:23.32±4.45vs 21.23±4.13

P<0.05;23.32±4.45vs 20.41±4.01

P<0.01。ADL:53.18±21.55vs 51.92±20.42

P<0.05;53.18±21.55vs 49.42±19.43

P<0.01)。结论:头针联合耳穴贴压可改善VD患者临床症状及认知行为能力

其总体疗效与单纯体针、单纯西药茴拉西坦对比具有优势。
