摘要

目的:比较针刺与药物治疗更年期烦躁症的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例更年期烦躁患者随机分为针刺组(31例)和药物组(29例)。针刺组采用温通针法

取穴以合谷、太冲为主

每日1次

10次为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程;药物组口服地西泮片2.5mg

每日3次

共服用23天。对两组临床疗效及治疗前后改良Kupperman积分和自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)积分进行比较。结果:针刺组总有效率为87.1%(27/31)

药物组为82.8%(24/29)

两组在临床疗效方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后改良Kupperman积分和心理状态测定SRHMS积分均有明显下降(均P<0.05);针刺组治疗后以上2项评分较药物组降低更明显

治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义(Kupperman:15.23±6.19vs 18.45±5.37;SRHMS:116.29±38.24vs 140.34±42.15

均P<0.05)。结论:针刺与药物两种疗法对更年期烦躁症都有治疗作用

但温通针法针刺四关穴为主疗效优于地西泮片。
