摘要

2012年6月至2013年5月

笔者采用刺肌腹法治疗肱骨外上髁炎患者32例

现报道如下。1临床资料32例病例全部来源于天津市南开医院针灸科门诊

其中男9例

女23例;年龄35

9岁;病程最短1个月

最长3年。全部患者伸肌腱牵拉试验(mills征)阳性

伸肌腱抗阻试验阳性

肱骨外上髁局部按压明显疼痛。排除肱骨小头剥脱性骨软骨炎、腕管综合征、肘关节内翻性失稳。2治疗方法
