解溪为足阳明胃经倒数第5个穴位

位于足背与小腿交界处

5版、6版高等院校中医专业用《针灸学》教材均将"解溪"注音为:jiě(三声)xī(平声)

对其穴名之意义

多按照"系鞋带"来解释。又如:上海科学技术出版社1989年出版的《针灸腧穴学》曰:"穴在足腕部

当系解鞋带之处。穴处两筋(伸趾长肌腱与伸拇长肌腱)之间凹陷如溪谷之状

故名解溪";《会元针灸学》曰:"解溪者

是足腕陷上系带之处

解之而开

故名解溪";亦有《经穴释义汇解》认
