摘要

目的:比较热敏灸不同灸量治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的临床疗效差异。方法:60例CSA患者随机分为饱和灸量组和常规灸量组

每组30例。两组均采用热敏灸治疗

选择热敏灸感最强的2个穴位上实施艾条温和悬灸

饱和灸量组艾灸时间以热敏灸感消失为度

常规灸量组每穴灸15min

两组均每日治疗2次

共治疗4天

第5天起每日1次

连续治疗10次

共治疗14天。比较两组治疗前后及治疗后6个月随访症状与功能评分及临床疗效。结果:饱和灸量组治疗后愈显率为56.7%(17/30)

6个月后随访时愈显率为60.0%(18/30)

均优于常规灸量组的26.7%(8/30)与30.0%(9/30)(P<0.01

P<0.05);两组患者治疗后及随访时临床症状与功能评分均较治疗前明显升高(均P<0.01);饱和灸量组治疗后及随访时症状与功能评分均较常规灸量组升高更明显(治疗后:22.32±4.64vs 17.43±3.21

随访:23.01±4.76vs 18.32±2.13

均P<0.01)。结论:消敏饱和灸量艾灸治疗CSA近期及远期疗效均优于传统灸量艾灸治疗者。
