摘要

肛肠病术后常有肛门坠胀疼痛、出血、水肿等并发症

其中传统的抗炎镇痛治疗对病程较长的患者效果不甚理想。笔者于2012年4月至2013年4月采用针刺联合艾灸治疗肛肠病术后肛门坠胀疼痛32例

现报道如下。1临床资料所选病例均为我科门诊或肛肠科住院患者

共计32例

其中男13例

女19例;年龄31

2岁;病程1262岁;病程12

0天。本组病例均为痔疮或直肠息肉术后

临床表现为肛门坠胀疼痛

尾椎有压痛。2治疗方法取穴:长强、秩边。操作:嘱患者俯卧位
