摘要

痛风是长期嘌呤代谢紊乱所致的疾病

临床以高尿酸血症、急性关节炎反复发作、痛风结节沉积、慢性关节炎和关节畸形、肾实质性病变和尿酸结石形成为特点。临床上多采用抗炎、排尿酸、抑制尿酸合成等药物治疗

但长期用药易产生耐药性

降低疗效

且不良反应大。笔者采用何氏药物铺灸疗法治疗痛风

现报道如下。1临床资料
