摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:采用前瞻性病例序列研究设计

共纳入30例患者

以调理冲任、疏肝宁神为法

针刺关元、大赫、太溪、太冲、百会等穴作为干预措施

每周治疗3次

3个月为一疗程

共治疗2个疗程。以患者的月经情况、雌二醇(E2)与促卵泡激素(FSH)水平、临床围绝经期症状积分为主要疗效指标。结果:治疗后总有效率为86.7%(26/30)

痊愈率为16.7%(5/30);患者恢复规律月经周期率为16.7%(5/30)

月经总回潮率为56.7%(17/30);治疗后E2明显升高[(45.41±18.09)pmol/L vs(59.07±24.21)pmol/L

P<0.05]、围绝经期症状积分明显降低(14.28±8.30vs 4.04±3.28

P<0.01);FSH治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺在改善卵巢早衰患者月经周期及围绝经期症状方面均有一定的疗效

其作用机制可能与升高E2水平有关。
