摘要

目的:比较靳三针疗法结合MOTOmed智能运动训练与单纯MOTOmed智能运动训练对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿下肢功能的疗效差异。方法:将80例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为观察组和对照组

每组40例。观察组予靳三针疗法

穴取四神针、脑三针、智三针、颞三针、膝三针、足三针及承筋、承山等

然后进行MOTOmed智能运动训练

并辅以常规康复训练;对照组予MOTOmed智能运动训练配合常规康复训练。两组均每日治疗1次

20次为一疗程

疗程间休息3

天

连续进行3个疗程后评估疗效。两组分别于治疗前后进行粗大运动功能(gross motor function measure

GMFM)评估及改良Ashworth量表(modified Ashworth scale

MAS)评估。结果:治疗3个疗程后

两组患儿GMFM评分均较治疗前明显提高(P

观察组治疗后GMFM评分较对照组增加更明显(55.32±17.10vs 47.48±17.18

0.05);治疗后观察组的腓肠肌Ashworth痉挛分级疗效总有效率明显高于对照组[90.0%(36/40)vs(72.5%(29/40)

0.05]。结论:靳三针疗法结合MOTOmed智能运动训练可明显改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿下肢功能

疗效优于单纯MOTOmed智能运动训练。
