摘要

目的:观察电针对慢性应激诱导的抑郁模型大鼠体温及褪黑素(melatonin

MT)昼夜节律的影响

探讨电针治疗抑郁症的生物学机制。方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和电针组

每组8只。空白组正常饲养21天

不予以任何刺激;模型组和电针组采用慢性不可预知性应激刺激结合孤养的方式复制抑郁模型

电针组每天应激前1h进行电针治疗

穴取"百会""印堂"

频率为2Hz

电流强度以大鼠头部微颤为宜

留针20min

每天1次

共21d。电针治疗结束后

通过开野试验观察大鼠的行为学变化;分6个时间点(2:00、6:00、10:00、14:00、18:00、22:00)对大鼠体温进行监测并眼眶采血;用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清中MT含量。比较各组大鼠体温及血清中MT含量的昼夜节律变化情况。结果:模型组大鼠开野试验水平运动格数和垂直运动次数较空白组明显降低(均P<0.05)

而电针组大鼠的开野试验水平运动格数和垂直运动次数均较模型组明显提高(均P<0.01);模型组大鼠的体温及褪黑素昼夜节律消失

电针组大鼠体温昼夜节律恢复到正常水平

褪黑素昼夜节律恢复。结论:电针对慢性应激诱导的抑郁模型大鼠体温及褪黑素昼夜节律具有调节作用。
