摘要

笔者根据台湾已故针灸名家周左宇先生传授的五门十变化合和互合两种配穴方法

介绍五门十变配穴法的源流

它将传统易理术数与医学相联系

具有不拘时辰、不拘算式、能结合辨证施治、使用范围确切、有较强针对性的学术思想特点

并以临床应用案例佐以印证。互合法多用于四肢痹症

化合法则对内科疾病有明显补强作用

为临床取穴开辟了新的思路。
