摘要

系统评价针灸治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。通过计算机和人工方法检索关于针灸治疗中风后便秘的临床研究文献

收集符合要求的随机对照试验(RCT)文献

运用Cochrane系统评价的方法

使用RevMen 5.2软件进行Meta分析。共纳入8篇文献

总计610例中风后便秘病例

结果显示针灸治疗中风后便秘的总有效率及治愈率均优于对照组[总有效率:OR=2.10

P=0.005;治愈率:OR=2.37

差异有统计学意义。说明针刺治疗中风后便秘有效

对照其他治疗方法有一定的优势

但纳入文献中RCT文献质量较低

还需高质量、大样本、多中心的随机临床研究用以进一步验证。
