摘要

关于赤凤迎源法的操作方法

古医籍、现行教材和临床报道有较大不同

其差别主要表现在对《金针赋》原文中"上下左右

四围飞旋"的理解不同。现行教材和临床报道对赤凤迎源法的操作多解释为先深后浅

然后将针尖推进到中层进行提插、捻转

并施以一搓一放的飞法。本文通过对手法的原文描述、作用和操作的可行性进行分析

提出自己对赤凤迎源操作技法的认识

认为上述原文是指当针尖进入中层后

将针身分别向上、下、左、右各个方向扳倒

并在扳倒针身的基础上施行一搓一放的飞法。
