摘要

笔者自2009年1月以来采用针刺下合穴配合常规针刺治疗肩周炎42例

现报道如下。1临床资料42例皆为山东中医药大学附属医院门诊患者

其中男20例

女22例;年龄47

2岁

平均56.7岁;病程最短3个月

最长15个月。以上病例均按照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》[1]中的诊断标准确诊为肩周炎。2治疗方法患者仰卧位

选用0.30mm×40mm针灸针
