摘要

目的:比较电针气街部穴位合脊柱调衡法与药物治疗对后循环缺血(PCI)的临床疗效差异。方法:将100例PCI患者随机分为电针合调脊组(50例)与药物组(50例)。电针合调脊组取气街部穴位百会、四神聪、风池、肾俞、膻中等穴

予电针干预

结合脊柱疏筋法和整脊法综合治疗

每日1次。药物组口服尼莫地平片

每次30mg

每日3次;长春西汀注射液30mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液500mL或0.9%NaCl注射液500mL静脉点滴

每日1次。两组均10天为一疗程

治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗前后症状评分

椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流阻力指数(RI)和平均血流速度(Vm)情况及综合临床疗效。结果:电针合调脊组愈显率为79.6%(脱失1例

优于药物组的54.7%(脱失8例

P<0.05);两组患者治疗后症状评分均较治疗前明显提高(均P<0.05)

电针合调脊组治疗后较药物组提高更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后VA、BV的平均阻力指数、血流速度均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.05)

电针合调脊组较药物组改善更明显(均P<0.05)。结论:电针合脊柱调衡在改善椎动脉、基底动脉的平均血流速度、血流阻力指数以及症状评分方面均优于药物治疗

是治疗后循环缺血的安全、有效方法。
