摘要

患者

女

50岁

初诊日期:2013年9月1日。主诉:右下肢进行性水肿1年。病史:2012年4月20日无明显诱因出现尿频、尿急、尿痛

下腹坠胀

自服抗生素(具体药物不详)后症状缓解

5月出现咳嗽

伴胸闷、心悸、气短

遂就诊于包头市肿瘤医院

查糖链抗原125(CA125):466.6U/mL

胸腹彩超:右侧胸腔积液、盆腔少量积液

盆腔内实性为主等回声包块

考虑卵巢癌Ⅳ期

并于超声引导下行穿刺取活检病理示:盆腔中分化腺癌伴坏死。2012年7月18日行卵巢癌肿瘤细胞减灭术(全子宫、双附件、腹主动脉淋巴结清扫术)

术后给予抗炎止血补液对症治疗

切口甲级愈合。病理回报:右侧卵巢
