摘要

输卵管性不孕症是不孕症中最常见类型

输卵管炎性反应、积水、周围病变等都可导致不孕。绝大部分输卵管性不孕症辨证为血瘀型

血瘀为输卵管性不孕症的主要病机[1]。笔者临床采用微创穴位埋线配合随身灸治疗血瘀型输卵管性不孕症患者42例

现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料42例患者均来自2009年6月至2012年6月我院中医门诊

其中年龄最小23岁

最大35岁

平均(26±3)岁;病程最短2年

最长8年

平均(4.2±1.7)年;原发性不孕症29例

继发性不孕症13例;
