摘要

目的:探寻防治烧伤创面换药操作痛的有效疗法。方法:将90例烧伤患者随机分为3组

每组30例。Ⅰ组取耳穴创面相应部位、交感、肺、内分泌

每穴注射枸橼酸芬太尼注射液0.25mL;Ⅱ组予上臂三角肌处皮下注射枸橼酸芬太尼注射液1mL

Ⅲ组予上臂三角肌处皮下注射0.9%氯化钠注射液1mL。以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价3组患者换药前、换药中及换药后10min的镇痛效果。结果:3组患者换药前VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与换药前比较

Ⅰ组患者换药中及换药后创面无明显痛感

VAS评分差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)

而Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组患者换药中及换药后创面有痛感

VAS评分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Ⅰ组患者换药中及换药后VAS评分低于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组(均P<0.05)

且Ⅱ组低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量芬太尼耳穴注射用于预防烧伤创面换药操作痛镇痛效果确切

优于芬太尼皮下注射。
