摘要

腧穴准确定位是针灸提高疗效的关键因素之一

本文从理论依据、操作方法、原理探讨及临床应用四方面论述《内经》中腧穴二步定位法的临床实用性。腧穴二步定位法符合腧穴的原始内涵

重视腧穴的功能状态。临床研究表明

采用二步法定位的腧穴位置作为针灸施术部位能够明显提高针灸疗效。因此

《内经》中腧穴二步定位法应成为临床腧穴定位的准则。
