摘要

急性腰扭伤是临床常见病

笔者采用针刺配合运动针法治疗急性腰扭伤80例

现报道如下。1临床资料80例患者均为2013年5月至11月的本所门诊病例

其中男44例

女36例;年龄20岁以下1例

9岁9例

4039岁9例

9岁46例

6059岁46例

9岁22例

80岁以上2例;病程最短2h

最长7天。均符合国家中医药管理局《中医病证诊断疗效标准》[1]中有关急性腰扭伤诊断标准:1有腰部扭伤史

多见于青壮年;2腰部一侧或两侧剧烈疼痛

活动受限

不能翻身、坐立和行走

常保持一定强迫姿势

以减少疼痛;3腰肌和臀肌痉挛

或可触及条索状硬结
