摘要

现代医家对腧穴配伍和针灸处方的看法不尽相同

临床中二者混淆不清。明其概念、内涵及关系

对规范针灸治疗方案和推进针灸标准化进程具有重要意义。通过对相关文献的整理和归纳

分析现存各家观点的异同之处

分别对二者的概念、内涵及其关系进行总结。认为腧穴配伍是基于中医理论

在针灸选穴原则的指导下

结合临床和腧穴主治特性

选取两个以上作用相同的腧穴进行配伍

发挥腧穴的协同增效作用

以达到特定治疗效果

提高临床疗效的一种方法;针灸处方是针对患者病证情况

在辨病辨证基础上

提出的具体治疗方案

其主要涵盖穴位组成和治疗方法两大部分;腧穴配伍是针灸处方的基本要素

针灸处方是腧穴配伍的具体应用。
