摘要

患者

男

55岁

于2013年11月21日因"尿痛、尿急、左侧腹股沟坠痛13年余"就诊。病史:13年前雪天外出摔跤后

左大腿根部稍疼痛、略感不适

逐渐出现尿痛、尿急

伴左侧大腿根部、左侧腹股沟处疼痛坠胀

曾于北京多家医院就诊

诊断为"前列腺痛"和"前列腺增生"

予以西医抗炎、膀胱冲洗、中药活血滋阴等(具体药物不详)治疗

治疗后症状未见好转。逐渐出现走路跛行

尿痛

左侧下腹部坠胀

疼痛剧烈时蜷缩在厕所数小时才能缓解
