摘要

临床上引产或部分产妇因病不能哺乳或哺乳期想停止哺乳者

若不予药物干预

往往出现两侧乳房胀痛不适、硬块形成及体温升高。临床上回乳的方法有很多

分为全身性和局部性用药两大类[1]

但不良反应较大

使产妇及哺乳期妇女难以接受

以致产生乳汁淤积、发热

严重者甚至引起急性乳腺炎。如何选择见效快、疗效好的回乳方法

是目前临床上亟需解决的问题。笔者自2013年2月至2014年3月采用透刺特定穴回乳40例

现报道如下。1临床资料40例产妇来自本院西医妇产科门诊和住院部

年龄22

4岁

平均28岁;其中哺乳半年以内6例

半年至1年者18例

1年至1年半者14例

1年半以上者2例。所有产妇在就诊前均没有接受
