摘要

目的:探究手部与面口部之间的相关性

为"面口合谷收"经络理论提供神经反射基础。方法:选择符合纳入标准的受试者763例

分为不同的年龄段

轻划其手掌大鱼际肌部皮肤

观察颏肌是否出现不自主运动

即掌颏反射

记录掌颏反射引出情况。结果:掌颏反射的总引出率为46.26%。其中0

岁年龄段掌颏反射全部阳性

211岁年龄段掌颏反射全部阳性

6岁年龄段阳性率最低

仅20.45%

6536岁年龄段阳性率最低

仅20.45%

5岁年龄段一半以上阳性;085岁年龄段一半以上阳性;0

岁年龄段掌颏反射双侧阳性者较多

652岁年龄段掌颏反射双侧阳性者较多

5岁年龄段单侧掌颏反射阳性者较多见。结论:手与面口部之间存在一定联系

掌颏反射的引出率呈现出随年龄增长由高变低、又随衰老由低变高的"高-低-高"的"U"形曲线变化趋势

可能与神经系统的发育与衰退有关。
